Series 100 Linear Velocity Transducers

The Series 100 Linear Velocity Transducers are inductive, instantaneous velocity transducers. By moving a magnet through a pair of series opposed coils, the transducer will output a DC voltage proportional to the instantaneous velocity. No excitation voltage is required. Available ranges are from 0.5" to 24.0".

Series 200 Short Stroke DC LVDTs

The Series 200 Short Stroke DC LVDTs are available in ranges to 0.2" total travel. The short body length makes these transducers suitable for use where space is at a premium.

For convenience, Trans-Tek also offers Power Supplies and a Transducer Indicator for use with these units.

Series 210-220 Long Stroke AC LVDTs

The Series 210-220 LVDTs have been designed to provide precision measurements over ranges from ±0.25" to ±30". To minimize package length and provide a seamless, high accuracy output signal, our secondary coils are wound using the latest computer controlled, variable pitch winding techniques.

Although these units can be used with user-supplied electronics, Trans-Tek has developed an oscillator/demodulator ideally suited to providing DC-DC operation.

Series 230 Miniature AC LVDTs

The Series 230 Miniature LVDTs have been designed toprovide precision measurements over ranges from ±0.005" to ±1.0". The compact size of these LVDTs allow them to be used in applications where more "standard" size LVDTs are prohibited. The low mass core is ideal for critical weight, load sensing applications, or applications where high accelerations are expected

Series 240 High Output DC LVDTs

The Series 240 High Output DC LVDTs are Trans-Tek's mostwidely used product. The ease of use, high accuracy, and ruggedness make this transducer the right choice for most industrial environments. The high DC output voltage can be used directly into a PLC, A/D Board, or Digital Volt Meter.

Series 350 DC Gaging LVDTs

The Series 350 DC Gaging LVDTs are rugged, spring-loaded versions of our Series 240 DC LVDTs. These transducers are excellent replacements for dial indicators, or any other manual gaging instrument. Series 600 High Accuracy ADTs

The Series 600 Angular Displacement Transducers use capacitive technology to sense the absolute angular movement of an object. For ease of use, all signal conditioning electronics for DC-in/DC-out operation are enclosed in the transducer housing. Accuracy as good as ±0.05% of full scale is standard on most of these transducers.

Trans-Tek also offers a Power Supply and a Transducer Indicator for use with these transducers.

Series 605 Versatile ADTs

The Series 605 Angular Displacement Transducers use capacitive technology to sense the absolute angular movement of an object. Enhancements to the electronics such as an internal voltage regulator, standardized outputs, and 3 kHz frequency response make this unit ideal for most industrial applications requiring an analog DC-in/DC-out angular feedback. The small size of this transducer makes it an attractive alternative to absolute encoders for angular displacements to 300°.

Model 0607 360° Angular Displacement Transducer
Model 1004 Meter/Counter Display

The Model 0607-0001 360° ADT and Model 1004-0000 Display, as a system, provide precision feedback and readout of shaft angular displacement over a full 360° revolution. Angular position is displayed in degrees over indefinite shaft revolutions at speeds up to 3,000 rpm, with equivalent BCD output (analog VDC output is available as an option). ADT position is displayed in increments of 0.05° over the range 0.00° to 359.95° (also ±359.95°)

ADT and Display are sold separately, but willdeliver full accuracy without adjustment. Accessories such as PowerSupplies, Flexible Shaft Coupling (strongly recommended) and Connector/CableAssemblies are also available.
