Dansensor® PC Software for the CheckMate Analysers

The easy to use “CheckMate PC software” enables the control of several CheckMate units in a production environment.
The PC software makes it easy to create and manage users and products, to set up product measurement details and to monitor general device settings.

During the day all measurement data can continuously be transferred from the analyser to the application database via the local area network (LAN). At the end of the day all collected data can be reviewed in the software or exported for further analysis. This enables quality control managers to easily evaluate data from even very large production facilities working with modified atmosphere packaging.

Dansensor® Can Piercer

The Dansensor Can Piercer is an option for our CheckMate 3 headspace analysers. The Can Piercer can, among others, be used for measuring headspace in the following packaging types:

  • Milk powder cans
  • Soft drink cans
  • Wine bottles

  • PET bottles

Off-line leak detection of MAP products

The table top LeakPointer II is the smallest of the PBI-Dansensor range of on- and off-line leak testers for modified atmosphere packages where CO2 is a part of the gas mix.

The LeakPointer II will fast and easily discover seal integrity problems on all types of modfied atmosphere packages with a minimum of 10% CO2 in the gas mix.

This high capacity off-line micro leak detector can test shipping crates up to the standard E2 size. The LeakPointer E2 has 500 programmes for preset test parameters and data logging. It has a RS 232 serial port for data export and an optional built-in printer. Furthermore a barcode reader is available for fast selection of test programme.

As an option the LeakPointers can be delivered with the PC software LeakStat, which can be used for real-time logging of the tests as well as comparing test results for various time periods, product lines or products.

When the correct management focus is put on seal integrity the benefits can easily be seen in cost reductions.
