8810 Analyser

An automatic on-line titrator using also ion selective electrode and colorimetric analysis for control and monitoring of industrial processes. Applications are very wide and varied but include: water treatment (ammonia, nitrate, phosphate, etc.) power generation (m-,p values, hardness, etc) surface treatment and phosphatizing baths (free and total alkalinity, total free acid, accelerator, zinc, metals, chromium VI, etc.), textile industries (hypochlorite, peroxide, indigo, caustic, etc.) plus applications such as pulp and paper, mining, food and beverages, etc. For the monitoring of citric acid, alum, nitrate, fluoride, free cyanide and many more.

An on-line analyzer for monitoring low-level sodium in ultra pure water and steam. Typical applications are in high pressure boilers such as those found in power plants etc. where the presence of NaCl in particular is known to be associated with stress corrosion cracking of boiler and superheater tubes.

9186 Hydrastat

Continuous measurement of hydrazine in boiler water and feedwater for power plants. Hydrazine is often used as an oxygen scavenger to prevent corrosion, reduce frothing and minimize deposits on metal surfaces. Monitoring of the hydrazine level can prevent under-dosing or over-dosing with the associated costly waste. The 9186 also allows to measure other oxygen scavengers such as carbohydrazide.
