Model 3650

A unique analyzer that takes care of all your oxygen measurements! Multipurpose, it accurately measures both saturated and trace level (down to 1 ppb!) concentrations of oxygen, in gas as well as in liquid phase. Use it for off-line sampling; for package analysis, with a piercing device; or for calibrating, verifying, and backing up an online system (the sensor is also compatible with all of our in-line instruments).

  • Measures to within 1 ppb for trace level accuracy; high sensitivity
(3655 version measures down to 0.1 ppb)
  • Tough NEMA 4X / IP 67 stainless steel construction, built to last.
  • Very fast first result—typically from saturation to 2 ppb in 3 min.
(no “warm up” for accurate measurement(
  • No sample preparation needed, measures gases in both dissolved and gaseous phases.
  • No moving parts means little maintenance - typically every 6 months.
  • Stores up to 500 readings which can be simply downloaded onto a PC for analysis.

Model 2997X-A

You will note that there are two different models of the beverage sampler: one designed for wine (or still liquids) sampling and the other for beer (or carbonated liquids) sampling.
Both systems require four basic components for measuring gas concentrations of a beverage:

  • An indicating instrument (with LCD and controls, delivered separately)
  • One or two sensors (made of black plastic or stainless steel)
  • One or two flow chambers (for mounting each sensor)
  • The model 2997X-A grey beverage package sampler

3231X Calibration Kits

The calibration solution is prepared in a precision calibration bottle. A known and precise amount of sodium bicarbonate powder is combined with a ready-made dillute citric acid colution to provide a defined accurate carbon dioxide content in liquid.

This solution can then be circulated through the flow chamber of a thermal conductivity sensor to provide accurate calibration of the sensor and associated instrumentation.

Regular calibration ensures confidence in product quality
