This table top LeakPointer is the smallest of the PBI-Dansensor range of On- and Off-line CO2 leak testers for modified atmosphere (MA) packed products where CO2 is a part of the gas composition used.
The LeakPointer will fast and easily detect your micro leaks in MA packages containing CO2.
The consequences of leaking packages might be increasing expenses and negative image effects, loss of customers etc. An effective quality control for leaks is the best assurance.

This high capacity off-line micro leak detector can test shipping crates up to the standard E2 size. The LeakPointer E2 has 500 programmes for preset test parameters and data logging. It has a RS 232 serial port for data export and an optional built-in printer. Furthermore a barcode reader is available for fast selection of test programme.

The automated gas purging solution: TGC-2 analyses the gas on-line and (optionally) mixes the gases and regulates the gas flow proportionally, so only the gas flow necessary to maintain the user defined O2 level is used, independent of changes in the packaging speed etc.

TGC-2 also features built-in random test device for head space analysis.
